PSYCHODIAGNOSTIC TESTING

​

  • Full psychological evaluations include an assessment on intelligence, emotional, behavioral, and personality functioning.​

  • This rate includes the initial intake (60 minutes), testing, scoring, interpretations of testing results, writing of the report, and the feedback session with the client.

  • Psychological testing which does not require a full battery of assessment measures can be completed dependent on reason for referral.​

$225 per hour

Fluctuation of cost depends on tests administered and time spent completing the evaluation. Average cost of full psychological evaluations can range from $2200 - $2500

PRESURGICAL PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION

  • Spinal cord stimulator

  • IT pain pump

  • Dorsal root ganglion stimulator

  • Re-evaluations due to expired assessments

  • This includes the initial intake (60 minutes), testing, scoring, interpretations of testing results, writing of the report, and the feedback session with the client.
