Psychodiagnostic Testing and Presurgical Evaluations

I offer psychodiagnostic testing for personality, intelligence, behavioral, and emotional functioning of clients. Providers sometimes request testing to help them determine diagnostic clarification or to help guide their treatment recommendations.

I can complete your presurgical psychological evaluation required for your implantation device (i.e., spinal cord stimulator, IT pain pump, dorsal root ganglion stimulator, etc.).

Rate for Psychodiagnostic Testing

  • Full psychological evaluations (which include an assessment on intelligence, emotional, behavioral, and personality functioning) will cost between $2200 - $2500. Fluctuation of cost depends on tests administered and time spent completing the evaluation.

  • This includes the initial intake (60 minutes), testing, scoring, interpretations of testing results, writing of the report, and the feedback session with the client.

Presurgical Psychological Evaluation

  • Spinal cord stimulator

  • IT pain pump

  • Dorsal root ganglion stimulator

  • Re-evaluations due to expired assessments

Rate for Presurgical Evaluation

  • $500

  • This includes the initial intake (60 minutes), testing, scoring, interpretations of testing results, writing of the report, and the feedback to the client.
